Dear tumblr followers,
I am wondering what your reaction to the confederate flag is. I personally see it as an offensive symbol. If I saw someone wearing it, my immediate thought is that person is a racist asshole.
But then Kaye West decided to “reclaim” the flag.

Then in Korea an idol rapper released a video wearing a knock off version of the jacket:

There are many more things wrong with the video beside the jacket, obviously. Now there is a huge dispute between fans But I cannot believe that I am seeing people of color either saying that the flag doesn’t offend them or it’s not a big deal. The people who are offended have been verbally attacked or forced to educate people.

y’all are like “ooh everyone is beautiful” “ooh everyone deserves to feel hot” and then three seconds later you’re making fun of people who cover their acne with makeup and people who haven’t mastered winged eyeliner yet like grow the hell up you don’t get to pick and choose times to be body positive
